Fermenting Workshop with Hella Coenen

Join Mangaroa Farms and Hella Coenen for this one-day workshop, a vegetable fermenting demonstration of how to make small quantities of fermented goods at home. Followed by a shared meal.

Maximum 12 people attendance

This is a hands-on workshop, participants will:

1. Make and take home 3 different jars of vegetables, to ferment at home.

2. Shared meal; get to taste a variety of fermented foods and sourdough bread.

3. Be provided with starters, a detailed handout and recipes.
