Join 10 other participants around the family table in Doris and Bob Zuur's home and learn how to make four different styles of breads: Wholemeal Bread, Sourdough Rye Bread and Sourdough white Artisan bread, gluten-free fermented buckwheat bread and the plaited Swiss Sunday bread.

We are considering to move away from the 15 days residential course format to one of seasonal modules (four times 3-5 days). If you are interested in a course next year, register your interest and you will be consulted on what could be most suitable dates.
